4-Minute Workout Timer, is the timer application for 4-minutes workout. 4-minutes workout, also called Tabata training, burns fat efficiently for four minutes of intense interval training/circuit training. 20 seconds of exercise and 10 seconds rest - repeat 8 times is a typical training example.

Exercise can be anything somewhat hard. For example, dumbbell exercise, squat, jump rope, etc.


This app read a countdown informing the end of each exercise and rest. You dont need to watch the iPhone during workout.
